Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the legal relationships created between the person (hereinafter the Client) and the owner 1001 Properties OÜ (hereinafter Owner) of the purchase environment 1001properties.ee (hereinafter Website).

In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships created when purchasing the products via Website are regulated by the legislation effective in the Republic of Estonia.

Transactions in the Website can be carried out by a person with active legal capacity who is at least 18 years old. The consequences of orders placed by a non-compliant person shall be borne by the person whose bank account or credit card was used for making the payment.

All prices are in euros and include the value-added tax established in the Republic of Estonia.

Bookings can be placed in the Website as a guest.

The Client selects the desired dates from the calender and clicks on "Request to book".

After confirmation by the Owner, Client receives notification with the payment link.

The Client pays for the booking in the payment environments provided by the merchant. Before paying the invoice, the Client ensures that the information in the invoice corresponds to the actual request of the Client.

The Client shall pay the entire cost of the selected service via the Website. By making the payment, the Client confirms to have read all the terms and conditions and rules made available through the Website by the service provider and accepts them.

Payment of the amount determined in the Website shall be made by transfer via the bank transfer or as a Visa and MasterCard debit or credit card payment.

After making the transfer or card payment, the Client shall click on “Back to the merchant” for immediate registration of the payment.

The Client may cancel the reservation free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If Client cancels in the 14 days before arrival or during the accomodation, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation.

Check-in at 14:00.

Check-out at 10:00.

Late check-out fee 25 €.

Security deposit in the amount of 150-250 €. Transfer must be made 7 days prior to accommodation. The amount is used as security to compensate for the damage caused by the visitor. The visitor is responsible for all damage caused and is also obliged to pay all amounts exceeded the deposit. The depost will be refunded within 3 days after the stay.

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 06:00.

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment must remain in the same condition upon check-out as at check-in (clean, tidy and undamaged).

The personal data presented upon placing the booking in the Website (name, family name, company name, address, phone number, email address) are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Owner shall not disclose the Client’s personal data to third parties without the Client’s consent.

Owner is the chief processor of personal data, Owner forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor.
